So grateful that my team trusted my nerdy design direction. What a great experience to apply my interest in comics in footwear form.
I wanted to reimagine what goes into a running shoe by drawing inspiration from high end outdoor apparel, Japanese fashion, and New Balance's heritage.
Any excuse to draw robots eh?
